國內(nèi)高校游泳教練員在蛙泳技術(shù)訓(xùn)練上,要多運用分解技術(shù)練習(xí),發(fā)散思維,設(shè)計更多不同的練習(xí)手段,讓訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容更豐富,調(diào)動運動員的積極性,使其更好地了解掌握技術(shù)動作,提高訓(xùn)練實效性。針對國外的各種水下輔助工具,可以在了解其特性的基礎(chǔ)上,加以改進借鑒,得出屬于我國自有研發(fā)的游泳輔助訓(xùn)練器材,進而推動國內(nèi)高校游泳市場的需求,也為國內(nèi)高校游泳隊提供一定先進性、科學(xué)性的訓(xùn)練保障。
一，美國高校高水平游泳隊常用蛙泳技術(shù)訓(xùn)練方法
(1)三次蛙泳腿一次蛙泳手(3kick-1 pull breast),低頭,兩臂夾緊并攏伸直,蹬壁出發(fā),要求蹬三次蛙泳腿劃一次蛙泳手的節(jié)奏完成動作,重點要求運動員上身保持流線型,兩臂與髖部,不要上下晃動,保持穩(wěn)定。訓(xùn)練中分解練習(xí)的蹬腿次數(shù)可以針對試用與不同的運動員,能力越高的隊員可以加大蹬腿次數(shù)與劃臂的配合,反之,相對減少。
(2)蛙泳劃手蝶泳打腿(br w/dolphin kick),要求運動員按照一次蛙泳手,一次蝶泳腿的節(jié)奏進行練習(xí),其目的是控制身體流線型,保持游進的穩(wěn)定性。訓(xùn)練中也可增加難度,如把頭抬起,一直保持在水面;蛙泳腿、蝶泳腿交替等訓(xùn)練手段,后者可加強糾正蛙泳收腿動作。值得注意的是,通過對主教練團隊的訪談得知,國內(nèi)蛙泳訓(xùn)練常見的一次蛙手兩次蝶腿的技術(shù)動作,在國外比較少用,因從蛙泳技術(shù)動作的結(jié)構(gòu)而言,如采用兩次腿一次手的技術(shù)練習(xí),會間接破壞身體游進的流線型,從而達不到此練習(xí)方法的效果。
(3)蛙泳劃手自由泳打腿(br w/flutter kick),要求運動員按照一次蛙泳劃手,六次自由泳打腿的節(jié)奏進行練習(xí),其目的是為了控制運動員上身及手臂劃動后保持身體在水中的流線型。其中要注意自由泳打腿的次數(shù)取決于劃幅與劃頻,越快越好,持續(xù)不間斷,如能完成每次劃手動作配合6～8次的打腿,效果會更好。
二， 蛙泳技術(shù)動作的水下輔助工具訓(xùn)練方法
阻力襪是類似一個網(wǎng)袋狀套在運動員雙腳上,其分有大、中、小等型號,以此來增加雙腳的動作阻力,此輔助工具適用于蛙泳腿部技術(shù)動作的練習(xí),一般采用小號,在加大阻力的基礎(chǔ)上,讓運動員提高腿部的收蹬頻率,快速的完成技術(shù)動作。對國內(nèi)的各高校教練員訪談中得知,現(xiàn)下國內(nèi)各高校游泳隊在游泳輔助工具中,針對上肢練習(xí)的種類較多,像陸上有各種拉力器材,水中也有不同類型的劃水掌運用在不同的技術(shù)練習(xí)中,但對腿部的水中輔助練習(xí)方法還比較缺乏,為此,筆者認為,這方面值得我們學(xué)習(xí)與借鑒。
